Ingredients:

  • 24 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Line a 9x9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Arrange a single layer of ice cream sandwiches at the bottom of the pan, trimming with a knife if necessary to ensure they fit snugly with no gaps.
  3. Press down lightly on the sandwiches to ensure a level surface.
  4. Drizzle 1/2 cup of slightly cooled hot fudge evenly over the first layer of ice cream sandwiches.
  5. Spread a thin, even layer of whipped topping over the fudge using a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle a handful of crushed Oreo cookies over the whipped cream.
  7. Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches on top of the Oreo layer.
  8. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the second layer of sandwiches.
  9. Spread another layer of whipped topping and sprinkle with more Oreo crumbles.
  10. Top with the final layer of ice cream sandwiches, then spread the remaining whipped topping to the edges of the pan.
  11. Garnish the top of the cake with mini chocolate chips.
  12. Freeze for 6 hours to set before slicing.
