Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a 12-ounce mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, sea salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Add the milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to the jar.
- Stir the mixture vigorously for at least 30 seconds, ensuring the chia seeds are fully submerged and not clumped at the bottom.
- Seal the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (ideally 8–12 hours) to allow the oats to hydrate and the mixture to thicken.
