Ingredients:

  • 2 plain brown rice cakes (approx. 1 oz / 28g)
  • 2 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter (32g)
  • 1 tsp honey (7g)
  • 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips (15g)
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt (0.5g)

Instructions:

  1. Place two rice cakes on a flat plate. If using natural peanut butter that has separated, stir the jar thoroughly until the oil is fully incorporated.
  2. Scoop 1 tbsp of peanut butter onto the center of each cake and gently push the butter toward the edges in a circular motion until the surface is evenly covered.
  3. Layer thin banana slices across the top. Drizzle with honey or melted chocolate, then finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
