- 15 pre-made ice cream sandwiches (approx. 2 lb / 900g)
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 2 cups (450ml) whipped topping
- 1/2 cup (120ml) hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup (120ml) caramel sauce
- 16 maraschino cherries
Instructions:
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides. Arrange ice cream sandwiches in a tight single layer at the bottom, trimming edges with a knife to ensure a gap-free base.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until no streaks remain.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the ice cream sandwiches and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Drizzle hot fudge and caramel sauces over the cream layer, using a swirling motion to create a marbled effect.
- Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until solid.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries before slicing and serving.
