Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Place the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to chill.
  2. Pour the cold heavy cream into the chilled bowl. Start the mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then gradually increase to medium-high until the cream becomes a bubbly foam.
  3. As the cream begins to thicken, slowly sprinkle in the powdered sugar and add the vanilla extract while continuing to beat on medium-high.
  4. Stop the mixer immediately once stiff peaks form. Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture for a uniform consistency.
