Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Place the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to chill.
- Pour the cold heavy cream into the chilled bowl. Start the mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then gradually increase to medium-high until the cream becomes a bubbly foam.
- As the cream begins to thicken, slowly sprinkle in the powdered sugar and add the vanilla extract while continuing to beat on medium-high.
- Stop the mixer immediately once stiff peaks form. Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture for a uniform consistency.
